Create ERC-20 Token ("we", "us", the "Service") is a non-custodial tool that lets you deploy ERC-20 tokens on the Ethereum network. We are committed to keeping your data exposure to an absolute minimum. This policy explains what we do and do not collect.

1. We Are Non-Custodial

We never have access to your private keys, seed phrase, or funds. All blockchain transactions are constructed in your browser and signed inside your own wallet. We cannot move, freeze, or access your assets at any time.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not require account registration, email, name, or password.
• We never request or store your private keys or recovery phrase.
• We do not sell or rent any data to third parties.

3. Information That Is Processed

• Public blockchain data. Your wallet address, the tokens you create, and transaction details are recorded on the public Ethereum blockchain. This is inherent to all blockchains and is not controlled by us.
• Token metadata you submit. If you upload a token logo or description, we host it on our server so wallets and explorers can display it. Do not upload anything you do not have the rights to.
• Local storage. We store small preferences (such as a token-creation counter) in your browser's local storage. This never leaves your device.
• Basic analytics & logs. Like most websites, our servers may log standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to operate the site and prevent abuse.

4. Third-Party Services

To function, the Service connects to third parties that have their own privacy policies, including wallet providers (e.g. MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet), WalletConnect / Reown for wallet connections, Ethereum RPC providers, and the Etherscan block explorer. We recommend reviewing their policies.

5. Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. Any storage used is strictly functional (local storage as described above).

6. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
